IMSH Delivers 2024 Virtual Only Registration 

IMSH 2024 GROUP REGISTRATION

Three or more individuals from an institution may register as a group. Groups may contain a mix of on-site and virtual registrations.

SSH Accredited programs receive a 10% discount with five or more full registrations in a group. Non-accredited programs receive a 10% discount with ten or more full registrations in a group.

* To receive the member rate for registration, you will need to renew your SSH membership so that it is valid through January 31, 2024.

** A valid federal government/active-duty military email address will be required when registering. This rate does not apply to state or local government or state education institutions.

*** Current Full-time Undergraduate Student status documentation must be uploaded at time of registration. A letter from the institution will suffice. The student membership will be activated after IMSH attendance and will be valid through 12/31/2024.

IMSH 2024 Registration Categories 

General Session Registration includes: Plenary sessions, accredited educational courses, program materials, exhibit hall access, coffee breaks and three (3) lunches, access to fifteen (15) IPCE Hours of content in the IMSH Delivers Collection and access to archived live-streamed session. Additional IMSH Delivers IPCE hours will be available at $25 each (SSH Member rate) in the Live Learning Center. Rate applicable to SSH Members only & Government. Non-Members pay a higher rate per additional session you purchase.  

One-Day Pass purchase is not allowed for Saturday, January 20. Purchase of more than (1) One-Day Pass is not allowed. One-Day Pass registration includes daily Plenary Session, accredited educational content, Exhibit Hall access, beverage breaks and lunch (when available). One-Day Pass registration does NOT include eligibility to register for Post-conference Immersive Courses or the President’s Diamond Ball. See full conference program for detailed schedule and offerings for each day. 

Guest Pass registration includes Plenary Sessions, Exhibit Hall, beverage breaks and lunches. Does NOT include access to General Session courses, Post-conference Immersive Courses, or virtual content. General Session registrants may only purchase one (1) guest pass. Guest passes may only be purchased by a General Session registrant. 

IMSH Delivers 2024 full virtual registration will consist of educational content live-streamed from the in-person event and prerecorded sessions. Livestreamed content will be recorded and included in the IMSH Delivers 2024 Collection. Virtual attendees will have access to earn a total of 25 IPCE credit hours. Additional courses from the IMSH Delivers 2024 Collection will be available for an additional $25 per IPCE unit. The IMSH Delivers 2024 Collection will be comprised of: 

• Livestream of Plenary Sessions (Up to 4 speakers) 
• Livestream of eight (8) sessions from the in-person meeting. One course from each general session time block will be live streamed to the virtual audience 
• Pre-recorded educational courses 

• Pre- recorded Oral Presentations 
• Virtual exhibitor profiles 

IMSH Delivers 2024 virtual presenter package (For virtual presenters only) registration will consist of educational content live-streamed from the in-person event. Livestreamed content will be recorded and included in the IMSH Delivers 2024 Collection. Virtual Presenter Package registrants will have access to select and earn a limited number of five (5) IPCE credit hours. Additional courses from the limited IMSH Delivers 2024 Collection will be available for an additional $25 per IPCE unit. The IMSH Delivers 2024 Collection for the virtual presenters package will be comprised of: 

• Livestream of Plenary Sessions (Up to 4 speakers) 
• Livestream of eight (8) sessions from the in-person meeting. One course from each general session time block will be live streamed to the virtual audience 

• Virtual exhibitor profiles 

Virtual Content will be available until June 30, 2024.
